This time I came in because my steering wheel was making a soft whistling sound. I Googled the symptoms and learned that this is simple--it's possibly the fluid level (that's fine) or perhaps the belt; if neither of those, it's likely the pump. I also wanted my battery checked. Service could not locate the whistling (but it did it on my way home); they installed a new, expensive battery; I was there nearly 4 hours. However, when they did the battery, they failed to change the calendar and clock--my 2012 Terrain showed it to be June 24, 2011! I've been all through the owner manual and can find no place where I could fix this myself. I'm going on vacation and will have to find some time this week to have that situation rectified. This was the first time I was ever disappointed by the service department. I have referred a number of people to Vera in the past and honestly hope this was a one time lapse---that cost me over $300! More

unacceptable outcome of service I have enjoyed and have not had any issues with my past visits and have been highly satisfied with my services . this last visit was less than accepta I have enjoyed and have not had any issues with my past visits and have been highly satisfied with my services . this last visit was less than acceptable, had scheduled a thursday appointment for service, My vehicles service did not begin till mid afternoon on friday. and service was not completed till the following monday, I was aware that when i brought my vehicle in that it might take more than one day to complete all the items the service rep(geovanny) was helpful and did try to assist with my issues but was not able to completely fix or resolve the issue. My main complaint is that because of the mechanic who had been assigned to work on my vehicle was schedule off on saturday my vehicle sat in the service bay for saturday and sunday and was not completed till monday, I had to been in a renal car longer than i was planning (at my cost), Vera would only cover one day of the cost which to me is unacceptable it was not of my doing that your worker had a day off it should have been given to an alternate mechanic to complete the work . More
