All your service was as expected. Considering this was the third time I came in to fix the same issue. The SD card wasn’t working from the time I leased the vehicle. The radio also had to be fixed twice & the third time I came in to fix the same issue. The SD card wasn’t working from the time I leased the vehicle. The radio also had to be fixed twice & the CarPlay feature did work wirelessly with my iPhone. Since the beginning, as well. I now have to re-register with OnStar to make it work. It’s all annoying but I must say Chris did his job well. More

My first time to this dealership since we just moved here. The customer service on my fiest call was outstanding, since I have tried 2 other dealers a lot closer to me for bike rack accessaries without here. Robert was by far the most curtious and knowledgable Cadillac rep. The service was extremely efficient and the Service Tech even came out to explain the installation to me. Good and prompt service. Why the 25 words??? My touch screen was not working. Took the car in to the service dept. It was confirmed that I needed a new touch screen. It was ordered and a few days late screen was not working. Took the car in to the service dept. It was confirmed that I needed a new touch screen. It was ordered and a few days later I was called and given an appt. I went down and the part was repaired quickly. While waiting I had a hot chocolate in their waiting room. I received a text when car was ready and got into my car that was freshy washed and vacuumed with a brand new touch screen that works. All employees was very nice..... So as I said in just 4 words.... Good and Prompt Service. More
