A honor jar would be a thought to have as an option to continue having the donuts!!!! More

My experience the first 2 times at this dealership was great, they where very helpful. Moving forward, the customer service, communication and urgency has went down tremendously.The service advisor Alejan great, they where very helpful. I signed up via text message and never received a text from him after I sent him multiple text on the of status of my car. Retraining on customer relationship is a must with your service advisor.
