Eric listened to what issues I was experiencing and was able t first time bring it to Vera. I had the pleasure of working with Service Writer Eric T. Eric listened to what issues I was experiencing and was able to communicate that info to the Service Technician that ultimately fixed an ongoing issue/issues that other dealers were unable to. Eric was in constant contact with me, and made sound recommendations while also passing on information to and from the Service Tech. My Caddy is now running like new thanks to Vera's great Service Department, Eric and Daniel A.! Although this location is approximately 40 minutes drive from my home, I will drive that far to make sure my Caddy only gets Serviced/Repaired there. More
