I had to bring my car back multiple times. You kept saying you could not duplicate and I had to go show you more than once. On top of that the mechanic damaged a part during installation and I You kept saying you could not duplicate and I had to go show you more than once. On top of that the mechanic damaged a part during installation and I had to aggressively push to get it fixed. In addition my car was delivered to me with a problem created by the mechanic. I also asked David 2 times to have someone call me about an extended warranty. No one ever called me. Service should be much better. No one cares but me More
The car took way to long to come off the production line for a customer who ordered a custom vehicle but I do not fault the dealership for that. I was notified and all the sudden it was endless texts and phone calls to come get the vehicle when the vehicle had been on the lot less than 24 hours. I had no time to get my finances together and had to take off work to finalize the deal yet once I found the time 2 days later it was not good enough because my sales reps had to pick up his kids. My time was suddenly not valuable then. I have never seen a dealership treat a customer like that should work around the salesman time. I had already taken off work and showed up anyway but the other sales guy who was assigned then treated me like I was a burden and he had clients of his own coming even though the place was deserted and no one was in the showroom or the lot but myself. He never showed me any of the features instead the vehicle and left be to fend for myself. Lucky for me my friend has an Escalade and was able to help me the next day set up the XT6. Not the experience I was expecting. More
