Edwin is my service advisor. He took care of me for many years at Vera and he is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I sold my XLR four years ago and purchased a Mercedes. I have multiple concerns regarding my maintenance on my vehicle. My visit to the service department was due to several issues. Karen was an excellent service representative.
