First and Last Car Buying Experience Would not recommend this dealership not because of the sales person but because of the finance department. Had the pleasure of working with Shawn Holg Would not recommend this dealership not because of the sales person but because of the finance department. Had the pleasure of working with Shawn Holgwin and hope no one ever has to go through the hassle that I did. This man either has no respect for a man in the military or a youth in societies being 26 years old. Was pressured into buying a car. Nonetheless bought gap insurance and extended warranty insurance on a new 2014 VW Jetta TDI and within three days went back to take it off and Shawn told me verbatim that both parties had to agree to a change in the policy and he was not going to do it for both insurances. After speaking directly to both insurance companies and being told otherwise I spent three months going back and forth with these companies without little to no help with VW dealership to get reimbursed. Don't expect to get thru to anyone during the working hours on the phone. You literally have to walk into this dealership to get anything done. That was only the finance side of the car. The car itself had diesel tank installed upside down, there was glue still on the car from the paper and was told that was the best they could do and the handle for the hood of the car was bent. The only upside of this dealership is a receptionist named Analesha. This dealership needs to take pointers from this young women otherwise I don't see too bright of a future for this dealership especially it's employees. More
