I reached out to your dealership late on July 4th to help my sister lease a Jetta. Victor seemed like a straight shooter and was immediately available by phone and email. I had put on calls/emails with 4 VW dealerships in about an hour. Victor was on it! He assured me that his dealership would get a deal done. In less than 24 hours, my sister was given a fair value for her trade in and left with the car and color she wanted. This is her very first new car, and you probably have a VW fan for life. The atmosphere was not intimidating and we ended up dealing with Darren, who was great. He let the test drives and features of the cars speak for themselves, so I really appreciated that he was explaining what the cars offer, rather than pushing us to get something and get out of there.
