Worst Customer Experience I have ever had at Ventura Toyota. Our family has a long history/record with purchases with this specific dealership. This incident occurred exactly a week ago today on Saturda Toyota. Our family has a long history/record with purchases with this specific dealership. This incident occurred exactly a week ago today on Saturday, November 9th. Jennifer gave me a rude and unprofessional response on why my vehicle was taking almost 3 hours for a rotation and multi-point inspection. Another client before me was also anxious and went up to Jennifer to ask why their vehicle was just parked outside. She told me that she was not in charge of the scheduling staff on Saturday. She also demanded that I sit at the lobby even though I was being assisted at that time. I let her know that I will never be assisted by her again and I will schedule an appointment with Carlo Mata who has always been amazing. I will be filing a complaint with her supervisor Richard Newman and expect him to contact me. More

They fixed my 2001 Toyota 4-Runner after many months of me taking it to several other Toyota dealers and outside mechanics regarding the check engine They fixed my 2001 Toyota 4-Runner after many months of me taking it to several other Toyota dealers and outside mechanics regarding the check engine lights which nobody could find the root of the problem. Carlo and team finally found and resolved the issue, and pretty quickly I might add, which allowed it to pass smog so I was able to register it in time for my tags. I highly recommend Carlo and Ventura Toyota - thank you so much! More

I took my 2019 Rav4 to Ventura Toyota for all oil changes since it was new. These free services were included in my lease agreement. We love the car so we purchased it when the 3 year lease was up. As an old mechanic and retired mechanical engineer I decide to do the next oil change myself. I was very disappointed to find there was no compression sealing washer on the oil drain plug. This may not seem like a big thing to the uninformed, after all the drain plug wasn't leaking. But the uninformed would be wrong. Fundamental to ANY professional oil change the washer is ALWAYS replaced, ALWAYS. Installing the plug without a sealing washer will create scratches/grooves in the aluminum alloy oil pan as the oil plug is tightened against it. This will ultimately result in a leak that can't even be rectified by installing a new sealing washer. A simple thing BUT it MUST be done. (I had to select employees in order for this review to be accepted. I don't know who was responsible so I selected the first names on the list. I apologize to them) More
