Without even knowing if we wanted a truck, Chris set up my mother-in-law and my wife and daughter inside then asked if i needed anything...his attitude was great...we saw a truck we liked and 90% of ther reason we bought it was do to Chris Pack...I"ve been in automotive service dept for 26 years.. i spent 10 years recon. and prep used car for the dealership i worked at in thousand oaks...i've delt with many salemen at that dealership and thought they we all lairs and untrustworthy...Chris changed my mind about salemen....not all salemen are bad....you should keep this one... I heard about KP through a family friend. He instilled a strong sense of trust from our initial phone conversation and continued to build on that trust with subsequent conversations. We spoke several times that day, and I finally came in to make the purchase that evening. As a first-time car owner, I was apprehensive at the potential to take on a financial responsibility that I couldn't fulfill. KP was extremely patient with me and even shared a personal anecdote that set my mind at ease. Throughout the entire process he was professional and straight forward - no smoke and mirrors a lot of people think come with some car dealerships. We really enjoyed working with our salesman, Antonio Cruz. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and really seemed to enjoy his job.
