Both purchases have been a good experience even though the duration of the buying process took a long time. Deon was very helpful in identifying the right vehicle for what I was looking for. He was very supportive to my concerns and sought to resolve them the best way he could. I feel that Deon was working for both sides and trying to come to the best outcome for both parties, which I believe he did successfully. I would go back to this dealership and recommend others to this dealership because of the experience I had with Deon and Sam Swain (in finance). The only thing I would like to suggest is that on purchasing a certified used vehicle the dealership should be willing to provide accessory items at a better discount rate. I had mentioned that I would like side steps for the vehicle I purchased a few times and was only offered a 20% discount for the item at the parts department. I looked on-line while at the discussion table and found the same item for 50% less. Would have liked to purchase from the dealer but at that discount rate had to go with the other supplier. More

This is the second time that he helped us in buying a car and we couldn't be happier.His name is Luis Martinez and again, he listened to what WE wanted and made it happen for us. We left the lot with a new car and happy faces. We now have a car that gets over 50 miles per gallon and we love it! The car payment is unbelievable and we are driving a hi-tech well crafted car. It is great to get behind the wheel and not have to worry if you will have car trouble. There was no high pressure sales involved. We got what we wanted. So happy!!! More

He was honest and sincere, which is difficult to find in the sales industry. I strongly recommend anyone interested in buying to send him an email! He put my family in a minivan we love and he was so easy to work with. Thank you Ruben for making it a pleasure. My overall experience is a 3 due to the finance department. I had extreme difficulty in getting the dealership to send in all my paperwork to my bank. I find it unacceptable that I received calls from my bank because of missing paper work that the dealership was responsible for sending in. I had to place a call for 5 days in a row to get all issues resolved. I also had to go in and sign a paper that was misplaced 9 days after I purchased my minivan. It's a shame because the Sales department are wonderful and pleasant to work with. More
