My lease on a 2011 Prius was expiring soon, and the salesman, Michael My experience buying a new 2014 Prius Plug-in Hybrid in April was very positive. My lease on a 2011 Prius was expiring soon, and the salesman, Michael Levine, was very helpful in showing me the new car, letting me drive it, and explaining its features. I received a large discount off the sticker price, plus 0% financing, and Michael along with the entire sales staff were helpful without being pushy. I was concerned about having excess mileage on the leased car, which I had just had serviced. They waived the charges for the excess mileage, and even paid for the service I just had performed on the leased car. I would certainly recommend Ventura Toyota and Michael Levine to those considering buying a new car. And, by the way, I love the new Prius Plug-in Hybrid, and have averaged 65 mpg on 1,600 miles of combined city and highway driving! More

Made the sale. Then he checked the inventory and found the same car with only 2 miles (vs 26) and we got that one. I'll recommend him and the dealership. More

We have worked with Luis Martinez before and went to the agency specifically to see him. He sold us the vehicle that we wanted and our purchase was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. We are always treated courteously and the whole process is pleasant rather than tedious. I highly recommend this dealership. More

MARCELINO IS THE MAN!!!!!! MARCELINO IS THE REASON I HAVE HAD MY RAV4 SERVICED AT VENTURA TOYOTA FOR THE PAST 6 YEARS. I RECENTLY TOOK MY VEHICLE IN TO HAVE THE OIL CHECKED AND MARCELINO IS THE REASON I HAVE HAD MY RAV4 SERVICED AT VENTURA TOYOTA FOR THE PAST 6 YEARS. I RECENTLY TOOK MY VEHICLE IN TO HAVE THE OIL CHECKED AND IT TURNED OUT MY CAR WAS USING UP MORE OIL THAN IT'S SUPPOSE TO; THEREFORE, THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REBUILT, MARCELINO ALSO ADVICED ME OF A RECALL I DIDN'T KNOW EXISTED. BEING THAT MY CAR WAS GOING TO STAY AT THEIR FACILITY A FEW DAYS MARCELINO WAS KIND ENOUGH TO PROVIDE ME WITH A RENTAL DURING THE COURSE OF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY REPAIR. I NEVER CALLED TO CHECK UP ON REPAIRS AS MARCELINO DID A PHENOMENAL JOB OF PERSONALLY CONTACTING ME WITH UPDATES. BECAUSE MARCELINO ALWAYS TAKES GREAT CARE OF MY VEHICLES NEEDS I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER GETTING IT SERVICED ELSEWHERE. More
