Deon Simpson, a very upbeat, thorough salesman at Toyota, gave me a tour of the lot, showing me their selection of fuel-economic cars (e.g. New Prius, New Corollas, Used Prius models, & Used Corollas). I insisted that I wanted only to see the most fuel-efficient vehicles. Deon provided a tour that was extremely thorough. He is non-aggressive in his approach, which is perfect for me. Aggressive sales approaches turn me away. He makes sure to check in with the customer (me) by asking if I understand so that he may make more clear anything I did not understand (i.e. engine features, payment options, etc.). We went through a process, whereby, we narrowed-down my choices, and ultimately decided on a Used 2103 Corolla.He's a very likable salesman, and will probably make most customers feel comfortable in their experience at Toyota. They bent over backwards to get me a great deal. I will recommend that anyone who is looking to buy a Toyota should only go to Ventura Toyota. I shopped at other dealers and they were the best by far. My salesman, Luis Martinez, was fantastic. After I drive the car, with Luis, I was hooked. He made sure I got the car I wanted at a great price. Before I left the lot, Luis took a lot of time to explain to me how everything worked inside the car. Jaime, the sales manager was exceptional in working with Luis to get the monthly payment to be where it had to be. He is a great manager. Johnny Flores, the financial service manager, besides being professional and helpful was also very nice. He even got me a danish and my girlfriend a soda, as we had not eaten and were thirsty. Everyone that I dealt with in purchasing my new vehicle was awesome. Now I can enjoy my beautiful new Rav-4. We returned to the dealership a second time and Luis patiently again went over the programming procedures for my fiancé as well as myself. We opted to buy their " Finishing Touch" protection plan from Marion Swain. She was very nice and helpful. All and all, everyone we have met and dealt with at Ventura Toyota have been wonderful and it's been a pleasure doing business with all of them. More

I went alone without my parents and Rob made me feel so comfortable and answered each and every single question I had. He made me feel at ease and was extremely helpful with every concern and requirement I was looking for. I felt no pressure and was blown away with his professionalism and sense of urgency to make sure I was happy. Rob as well as the entire staff made me feel at home when dealing with this new process. I was stressing the finance part but Johnny made is completely clear and had a fun and educative way about him that made this process easy. I was in and out of there in a matter of time. I do not plan on ever getting cars from anywhere else, not only are the cars reliable and an excitement but the service makes it that much more worth it. Originally looked at 2014 Sienna but decided to wait and look at the 2015. My wife and I were well-informed shoppers. At another dealership we knew more about the Sienna than two of their salesmen. At Ventura Toyota we found the salesmen fully knowledgeable about the Sienna. It gave us confidence to purchase it from Ventura Toyota. They were very helpful explaining the electronic system, (navigation, phone system, Bluetooth, etc.) which helped up in the transition from driving an older car to our new one. They also have great follow-up, checking in to make sure everything is all right and saying that if we have any questions about the car.
