My experience at Ventura Toyota was really good. I meant to only look at the current Prius models but didn't have an intention to buy. I was planning on purchasing a car soon and trade in my Honda Civic Hyb to only look at the current Prius models but didn't have an intention to buy. I was planning on purchasing a car soon and trade in my Honda Civic Hybrid. Charles Herrera greeted me and my partner quickly after we stepped onto the lot and was very personable. He asked about what I was looking for and proceeded to show a few different Prius models. One really stood out as it had the right features and color. Charles offered a test drive and since I had never driven a Prius before and was seriously considering one, we took it out for a spin. Charles pointed out all the cars' features and bells/whistles during the test drive and after (and of course, before.) Before you knew it, we were inside negotiating a price and purchasing a car. In the end, I couldn't be happier. What a trade up from my Honda - which was a great car. But this new Prius is something else. Ventura Toyota was a very clean, friendly and helpful dealership. Charles went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of not only from a deal situation, but also a personal perspective. (He stayed late to make sure we left the lot happy - much appreciated.) I came to ventura Toyota to look at a specific make/model in the used inventory I saw online, upon my arrival I was welcomed by a few salesman, after expressing that I was strictly window shopping, Charles n in the used inventory I saw online, upon my arrival I was welcomed by a few salesman, after expressing that I was strictly window shopping, Charles noticed my interest in the vehicle and though aware tht I was only window shopping, politely offered to unlock the vehicle and test drive if I would like, Charles is an excellent representation of quality customer service, attentive to my concernes charles patiently answered each of my questions, and if he did not know the answer he would promptly find the answer. I was at the dealership a total of almost 6 hours, every hour of which Charles continued helping me despite him getting off the clock just as I had earlier arrived at the dealership. The purchase if this vehicle has been the most pleasant experience I have personally experienced buying from a dealer, if Charles had not gone out of his way to please me, I am sure I would still be driving my trade in. K.P. plays hard ball but fair, look out for the 0% financing option vs the rebate. They don't tell you up front that you can only have one or the other. but they did honor an additional military disc financing option vs the rebate. These guys gave me the price I wanted on the car I wanted with the finance rate I wanted and even stepped up and gave me the amount I wanted on my trade in.
