What really helped was the way he organized his time with me. From the test drive to the paperwork, we went step by step thanks to Tom. Without him, I would have never made a decision. He explained the many features that I had no clue my car has. He also explained my loan information in such a way that is not only convenient, but a great deal. All in all, I can sincerely say that all of my expectations have been surpassed.
