Robin helped me with a service contract that fits my needs and expectations for longevity of this purchase. This was a refreshing change from my test drive locally where the whole 'pitch' was 'how do we get you into a car today' like I experienced in the local dealership. (The sales guy backed off but multiple emails and phone calls later, I cannot get rid of the sales pitches, surveys, certificates for savings, etc.) The experience with Tom and Vatland was a great.
