Vatland's Josh is a Rock Star! My wife and I dropped in on a Saturday afternoon to get a routine oil change on our '14 Pilot. While we were getting excellent service (as usual) from Ron Sullivan, we perused the lot looking for a manual transmission car for our son. Josh gave zero sales pressure and we approached him for car availability. Josh showed us a car that was recently taken in and was undergoing detailing for sale but was not ready to be released - a primo '16 Civic with only 2,000 miles. Josh promised to contact me first thing on Monday morning with a price (he have me a estimate on Saturday) and he confirmed that price early Monday. The sale was smoothly agreed by text and we worked out everything as the day progressed. Dolly Sanchez handled the final purchase transaction with aplomb while Josh continued to deliver great service to other customers - these guys are pros who put customer satisfaction first. This was easily the best car buying experience that I have ever had - I never felt pressured or neglected. This was my sixth Honda purchase overall and first from this dealership. I'm looking forward to continuing to take my business to Vatland. More

Well, as I was checking things out Tom Aspromonte was in the area, came over and asked if he could help. Long story short, Tom got the keys for one of the cars I was looking at, accompanied me on a test drive -- and, now that car is in my garage!!
