Not pushy I normally hate going to car dealerships and I try to have years between visits. Well, it was time for a new car and I was dreading it. Our experience with service department on our previous vehicle was also very positive. Most importantly we really like the reliability of the car and in fact got the same model. Tom was very instrumental in my decision to purchase the 2017 pilot from Vatland Honda After my purchase I met David the Business Manager who also was very thoughtful and extremely willing to help me in any way with any information I needed about financing extended warranties and the new Zilon treatment. Tom and David made me feel very comfortable with the entire purchase process. After the purchase I met Lon the Service manager another great guy who was extremely helpful in processing the car for pickup by me as well as available to answer any questions that I had about the vehicle. then their are the Vatland employees the receptionist the lady serving coffee the parts department people that I talked tp, everyone was very polite and also very helpful and everyone made you feel at home dealing with Vatland More

Wonderful service! They staff is so friendly and quick with lots of convenient appointments; Lon, the service manager, will fix any issue you may have expediently. And the specials make the prices the best in town, especially for the quality and comfort of having trained Honda techs that aren't trying to sell you extra stuff you likely don't need. My oil changes at other places that claim $19.99 or so used to cost me $100 because I'd get talked into extras. Plus, they have fresh coffee, cookies, a fish tank and playroom for my kiddos! More
