Vatland Honda

Some things need improvement I just bought my second new car from Vatland Honda. I love Honda vehicles. The sales process went smooth with Jake. I left and I was called back saying the car was ready. It was not filled with gas and Jake had to leave to do it. The car had been in the showroom and I was told that they would detail it. There was no detailing done. There was dust all over the inside of the vehicle which I noted to Jake. Also he was unable to pair my iPad to the Bluetooth. The less was so quick that I had to call my daughter who has that model to tell me how to get to the navigation system. Very complex. More

Quick and friendly My light for oil came on and I was a couple minutes away from Vatland. I drove in and had oil change and tires rotated in less than 45 minutes. Personable and Very Accommodating Jacques Pons was very attentive and responsive to our needs. He guided us towards what we where looking for, gave us a great deal on our trade in and Jacques Pons was very attentive and responsive to our needs.
