Our salesman, Bob Muir spent as much time with us as we needed explaining the operation of of the vehicle and its equipment.. Lon in the Service Department seems to be very conscientious . We detected a noise while the CRV was idling . He called us that evening to explain what it was after he had done some research. I love my new Honda and know we will continue to have a good service relationship with Vatland Honda. More

Recall of 2015 Fit Received call from service rep. Rick and made appt. for recall service. Rick was waiting for us at appt. time and we discovered that car was also due Received call from service rep. Rick and made appt. for recall service. He phoned when car was ready -- in a reasonable time -- and we picked up the car and paid for service. Everyone was pleasant and efficient. I was offered a Honda Civic for a loaner car because the work was going to take several days This car was clean as a whistle and brand new; even had a backup screen..Vatland Honda is always so clean and attractive and the waiting room and Holiday spirit are very welcoming.
