I’m very happy with the service and attention that I have received from Varsity Lincoln. I took my MKZ in for a repair of the sunroof with the impression that it would be covered under the extended warranty received from Varsity Lincoln. I took my MKZ in for a repair of the sunroof with the impression that it would be covered under the extended warranty that I had purchased from the dealer. Once it was looked at by the mechanic I was informed that it would not be covered as it was considered a wear item like tires and the repair was going to be $2400. The vehicle has very low mileage and I had used the sunroof only a few times in the 4 years that I had owned the vehicle. I was naturally upset and talked to Rich J, the salesman who sold me the warranty. He looked into the problem and told me that unfortunately it was diagnosed correctly. The great thing was that he suggested a possible solution to my problem and provided direction and a phone number to help get it resolved. I followed his advice and within a few days Lincoln offered to cover the repair completely at no charge and also provided me with a rental car at no cost. Thanks to Rich and the service manager Bill H a very disturbing situation was turned into a great experience. Thanks to all at Varsity Lincoln! More

Overall, I have been very pleased with the service dept and staff. I did have one miscommunication recently with a team member based on scheduling an appointment. Brandon was quick to react, quick to confirm that I was content and followed up with me during the process with updates and time frames. He is very knowledgeable and accurately predicted what he thought would be needed, and then made sure to update me and proceed to have everything taken care of right away. Both my wife and I have been in touch with Brandon over the past few years and he is ALWAYS ready to help. He is a true asset for the dealership....and for the customer!
