I just picked up my new Lincoln Nautilus Lease this week and have been working with Andy Elrod in getting Lincoln’s from him for about 40 Years. I drove the car home that night and did not know I ran over and have been working with Andy Elrod in getting Lincoln’s from him for about 40 Years. I drove the car home that night and did not know I ran over a Screw and when I came out in the morning I had a flat. I always purchase your road hazard/ tire Insurance and reached out to Brandon S and he got me in immediately to fix my tire. The following night I had a powertrain Fault and it registered on my Lincoln App and called Brandon S and he said we need to check that out immediately. Also Joe P was extremely helpful as well. Both of these Service Reps are the best of the best. They communicated with me every step of the way in a world today that rarely communicates in Customer Service. My car now is running great and can’t thank Brandon S and Joe P enough on taking care of me so promptly and efficiently. Service consultant Brandon S was very supportive in getting me oil change in a pinch. Thought I had locked in nline appointment for a busy Monday morning Unfortunately, appointment was not set up. Varsity Lincoln offers a valet service for any service appointment. They bring me a loaner, take my car in for service, call me when my car is ready, complete billing over the phone and return my car to m appointment. Varsity Lincoln service comes through with flying colors, again! Our daughter is getting married this weekend and two days before we leave, planning to drive our 2019 Ford Explorer, all of the warning notif again! Our daughter is getting married this weekend and two days before we leave, planning to drive our 2019 Ford Explorer, all of the warning notifications start going off. Not just one or two but more than a dozen. In the past Varsity has been great scheduling us for service, keeping us notified of their progress and getting the job done. It may take a couple of days or even longer if the parts need to be ordered. But today, we were short on time. Bill Hardin from Varsity stepped up. He understood our unique urgency and literally within a matter of hours had our Explorer assessed, sent a driver to another location to acquire the part needed, repaired the vehicle and got it back to us so we could load it up and head to help our daughter get ready for her big day.
