I took my car to Varsity Lincoln for an oil change and a few other minor things today. The service was great starting with Bill Hardin who made everything happen, Rudy and Amy and the body shop, the ladies few other minor things today. I have had service done at Varsity Lincoln in the past and have always had good service there, so I decided to look through their online inventory while considering a new purchase. One just so happened to catch my eye so I headed in the following morning. I met with Jere (general manager), Mario (sales), and Stephen (financing). They were nothing short of friendly, kind and professional. Jere quickly became someone who I adore, he's a very genuine and wholesome gentleman who took great care of me as well as my family. Mario and Stephen were enjoyable to speak with and both had me laughing almost instantly. My experience was complete but also timely. I test drove the vehicle, decided to purchase it and headed over to financing to review my options. I was in and out within a little more than an hour; I was able to trade in my old vehicle and drove away in my new car. I noticed shortly after leaving that there was one speaker that was blown...no worries there! I called Jere and let him know and he set me up with an appointment to get it replaced. I have purchased a handful of vehicles in my lifetime, but I must say this dealership is top notch. This is a place that you will go once and will always go back to for future purchases.
