I travelled from Georgia to do business with Varsity Lincoln and specifically their GM Jere Law for my purchase of a 2020 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. Jere worked diligently to find the specific vehicle I had been searching for and found my 2020 MKZ Hybrid; having driven a 2016 MKZ Hybrid I wanted a newer version and 2020 was the last model year produced; the closing with Judd was quick and smooth and Jere took a lot of time to show me the ins and outs and differences between this model and my 2016; which I traded and felt very good abut my trade allowance. Was eligible for a dealer loaner, but was directed to Enterprise. Had a car reserved; however, none was available. Knowing it’s difficult to gauge when others will return their loaner vehicle, I didn’t Enterprise. Had a car reserved; however, none was available. Knowing it’s difficult to gauge when others will return their loaner vehicle, I didn’t mind waiting a bit. The negative was that Enterprise forgot about me in their secondary lounge. Both Enterprise and especially the service manager at Varsity took care of my inconvenience. Service advisor was good and kept in contact. However, labor at approximately three times the cost of a $90 part seems excessive for what appears to have been a simple splicing of a plug to an existing wire. Have been a Varsity customer for numerous years and am overall quite satisfied, More
