I am a 1st time Certified Pre-Owned Lincoln buyer. Lincoln's 100,000 mile bumper to bumper 6 yr warranty seems like the best in the industry. It even Includes tires & wheels. I brought my car home from Varsity Lincoln in Novi, and found some things I hadn’t noticed earlier. They were primarily cosmetic issues. I Contacted my sales representative, Lana, sent her some pictures thinking she’d say the warranty didn’t cover them. I was wrong. Lana said they’d take care of it! The GM Jere contacted me to introduce himself, offer an apology and make arrangements to drop off a loaner and pick my car up the next day. The service level is simply outstanding. More
The Varsity Collision Center repainted the hood and front bumper on my Porsche Panamera , freeing it of the the stone chips it had accumulated. Carl Griffith oversaw the process and it came out magnif front bumper on my Porsche Panamera , freeing it of the the stone chips it had accumulated. We had issues with our Lincolnway app and were planning to make an appointment with the service department to have someone look at it. But no one from the service department would return the two voice mail to make an appointment with the service department to have someone look at it. But no one from the service department would return the two voice mails we left for them. So we took a chance and drove to the dealership. We were fortunate to see Tom the "Sync Guy" in service. He took the time to fix the issue we had and we were on our way again. Thanks Tom! More

I'm not upset. I'm just a bit confused... According to the invoice, and to some degree, the inspection sheet, my oil change was completed at 2:11pm, yet I sit in th I'm just a bit confused... According to the invoice, and to some degree, the inspection sheet, my oil change was completed at 2:11pm, yet I sit in that waiting room until 4:28pm? Why did I have to remain in that waiting room for over two extra hours after my car was serviced? I could have watched Judge Judy at home and not there... It makes no senses. The service rep did acknowledged that they were very busy and he did apologize for the long wait. However, he still failed to mention that, even though my car was completed within 30 minutes from the point I arrived, I still had to wait unnecessarily for 2 additional hours for no reason at all.. Again, Im not upset, I'm just a bit confused as to why....? More
