From the first time that I called the dealership until I drove away in my new car, Lana was great. I did not expect the experience to go as well as it did. I would suggest anyone trying to trade in your vehicle with negative equity wait until Black Friday. My truck had a discount of $11k. It's worth the wait for me. When Lana called and told me that I was approved, all I could do was thank God. When I met her, she was very positive and she wanted me to get the SUV that I desired. She didn't call me trying to give me anything else. There was never a disappointing moment during the entire process. While I was waiting in the lounge, I enjoyed the snacks and talking with some of the other customers who all had a warm and welcoming attitude. There was one guy who worked there that I was talking to, he was so friendly that I thought he was a customer, but he was the guy who worked in the repair shop, he loved sports and I enjoyed listening to him talk. It was overall and very nice experience. I didn't feel rushed or ignored as I have felt at other dealerships. I love my 2020 Lincoln Nautilus. It's an upgrade from my 2015 Lincoln MKC. The MKC was my first Lincoln, I switched from BMW and that was the best decision I could have made. I had over 200k miles and my MKC and it never broke down on me. I have driven all across the world in that MKC. So I look forward to my journey in the Nautilus. I am confident that I will love this truck just as much. With all the bells and whistles, it's most definitely an upgrade. The guy in the finance department sold me the best warranty on the planet. I'm telling you Lana and her crew owes me nothing. 10 star ✨ all day. More
