Took my car in for service. What used to be called "The Works" package. I told them up front the engine coolant was low (below MIN line), and the tires needed air. I got the What used to be called "The Works" package. I told them up front the engine coolant was low (below MIN line), and the tires needed air. I got the vehicle back. I verbally verified the coolant and tire pressure had been addressed. No coolant was added, and the tires had no air added. This was supposed to be done as part of the service. Obviously I should have verified before leaving the dealer. Also, the oil life had not been reset. Easy fix, but this leaves me wondering if the oil and oil filter were even changed? Were the tires even rotated? Not a good experience. More

My experience using Varsity Collision Center in Novi/ Wixom was outstanding. I had an unfortunate accident when I was backed into by another car, and Varsity Collision made this inconvenience be as easy Wixom was outstanding. I had an unfortunate accident when I was backed into by another car, and Varsity Collision made this inconvenience be as easy as possible. Taylor and Amy were great to work with. They were friendly and patient in answering all of my questions. They scheduled me quickly for an estimate and repairs, and provided a courtesy car. The repairs were also completed in the original estimated time of a week. Additionally, I greatly appreciated how they cleaned the outside and inside of my car on top of the great repair job. While I hope I won't need to return due to another accident, I highly recommend Varsity Collision Center. More
