After going to other Nissan dealerships, I came back to High Point Nissan due to Tishon's manner. He was the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. I saw a used car listed on the website and received a friendly greeting when I arrived and took a test drive. The sales guy was as nice and when I asked about having a stain removed from looked like doub friendly greeting when I arrived and took a test drive. The sales guy was as nice and when I asked about having a stain removed from looked like double sided tape left on the dash and then closed the deal with a request of a full tank of gas I was greeted with a "yes" and "no problem." However, at that point I should have run! As soon as the signature hit the line they couldn't have cared one point about me. The finance manager was rude to the point of closing his door and saying he wasn't going to get into "a pissing contest" with me. Within a week of my driving something with the clutch snapped and I had it repaired near where I was working in Concord, NC. I took in my car for them to take a look I was told the repairs were done improperly and I was charged ANOTHER $350 for the SAME repair. I finally took some Goo B Gone to the stain and I know I will never see a drop of gas from them. I have told everyone I know the stay away from this dealership. For what I thought would be the perfect gas saver has turned into a frustrating mess. I really like the car but buying it with High Point Nissan was a HORRIBLE experience and I highly recommend going anywhere else. More

There were no surprises on the numbers when it was time to sign the deal. I also liked the way they included the service department so that you understood their total commitment to make you a valued customer. The service personnel educated you well on how to take care of your vehicle so that it would run better on keep it's value. More

From the minute we got out of our car until the minute we drove off the lot the salesmen were nothing but friendly, mannerly and accommodating. I have had Nissans since 1979 and have always been pleased with the purchase and their performance, however I have never had sales people like this. He was extremly knowledgeable about the ca dealership! Todd was awesome! He answered every question that my husband and I had about our new rogue! Our whole experience with the dealership was great, but Todd is what made everything so awesome! Truthfully, we were looking at another car at a different dearlership also, but what really sold me on the Nissan (besides loving the Rogue), was Todd!
