The WORST Service team EVER! We have been trying to get a family member's car fixed for the last three weeks. The car was purchased there so it was returned there for repair. The first problem is that the person who claimed to the Service Manager-Chris-was not the manager at all. The actual Service Manager-Leland-never would come out of his office to talk to us even after we requested more than once to speak with him. The car has been returned to the dealership four times in three weeks FOR THE SAME PROBLEM, and no one can seem to determine what is wrong it. They keep stating that their "expert mechanics" would have to look at it. After four trips for the same problem in three weeks' time, you would think they would have called in these people to fix the car at this point. I will never purchase a car from there, I will never purchase a Hyundai at all and I definitely won't suggest this dealership to anyone. More
