STAFF I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS GOING GOOD TILL I GET TO THE CLOSING DEPARTMENT HAD FERNANDO HELP ME WITH THE PAPERWORK AND HE STARTS TRYING TO SELL ME HIS W I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS GOING GOOD TILL I GET TO THE CLOSING DEPARTMENT HAD FERNANDO HELP ME WITH THE PAPERWORK AND HE STARTS TRYING TO SELL ME HIS WARRANTY AND GAP INSURANCE I DECLINE IT AND HE GETS MAD AND STARTS TYPING LOUD AND THROWING HIS FOLDER AROUND TURNING RED IN THE FACE.... THIS WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I DID NOT APPRECIATE THIS FINE I DID NOT MAKE YOU MONEY TODAY BUT BE PROFESSIONAL ABOUT IT. THEN I LATER FIND OUT THAT THEY SALESPERSON THAT I STARTED OFF WITH WAS JUST JACKED FROM THE SALE I DONT KNOW HOW OR WHY THIS HAPPENED BUT IT WAS VERY UPSETTING TO FIND THIS OUT. THESE ARE THINGS THAT WOULD DEFINITELY KEEP ME FROM REFERRING SOMEONE THERE. More

Car wash -Not done I love the service but I have a question. Is the car wash just for the exterior? I noticed that my carpets weren't vacuumed and nothing was wiped.
