Issues with service department Car was not repaired at your shop due to the fact that it was totaled out by the insurance company. My issue however, was due to the fact that it was Car was not repaired at your shop due to the fact that it was totaled out by the insurance company. My issue however, was due to the fact that it was delayed because of paperwork not being sent in to the insurance company in a timely manner. It's sar on one of your service technicians desk for over a week before it was taken over by Keith your service manager to handle the paperwork. After that, Keith was very professional and prompt in getting the paperwork handled and he communicated very well with the Allstate claims adjuster that came out to look at the car. I certainly appreciate keith's help and getting everything taken care of for me. More
