Been looking for a new car for a couple months now. I finally chose the Hyundai Tuscon. Let me say that the sales staff that greet you in the lot when veiwing & testing driving the cars were great, but i finally chose the Hyundai Tuscon. Let me say that the sales staff that greet you in the lot when veiwing & testing driving the cars were great, but it all eneded there!! We were interested in the 2022 Tucson Limited. The MSRP was around $36k. We made a CASH offer for the full MSPR price, and it was declined. Then MSRP + $2,500. Declined. They stated the options were not included in the MSRP. WTH? REALLY?? Then stated that there's an additional upcharge of 6K on their vechicles. So they're taking advantage of Texans and charging more because of the shortage of new vechicles in stock. For me, this is a HORRIBLE way to do business!! I've been to many different dealerships, and NO-ONE else was doing this charge up. This wasn't my first rodeo in buying a new car. I took my business elsewhere!! People who don't know any better, they're the ones paying more! That's a shame!! More
