Had a appointment. Was welcomed. Met my service advisor. Only disappointment was my reason for service was trunk latch failure. Recall was issued. Parts still not available. I'm very disappointed with this dealership. Their internet sales prices are deceptive. I inquired about a vehicle priced at $30,115. After spending a day discussing the details of the vehicle, the internet sales prices are deceptive. I inquired about a vehicle priced at $30,115. After spending a day discussing the details of the vehicle, the price, financing, trade in, etc., the final sales offer price was $4,500 higher than their price advertised on cars.com and on their website. Vandegriff's internet sales manager (Ashley) and new car sales manager informed me that "the $4500 difference is for Market Value Adjustment. This is an additional amount that is added to all of our new car vehicles due to the vehicle shortage." In other words, the advertised price on their website and on cars.com is deceptive, especially since there was no explanation of this in advance either on the website or by their salesperson (Adam). Very crooked practices to get business. More
