We were in a bad situation that Vandergriff made better. My wife was in a car accident that totaled her car. Not a good time to buy a new car with the chip shortage and higher prices but the sales manager My wife was in a car accident that totaled her car. Not a good time to buy a new car with the chip shortage and higher prices but the sales manager made us a great deal that we were happy with. Car was cleaned and ready to go when we arrived and we were in/ out in less than 30 minutes. This is our 2nd purchase from Vandergriff Hyundai in last 2 years and it wont be our last. More

Today I went to the dealership to test drive a 2021 hybrid Santa Fe, 3 k miles. As soon as I sit down Salesman Andy says just so you know there is a markup on all cars. So he confirmed the sticker pric hybrid Santa Fe, 3 k miles. As soon as I sit down Salesman Andy says just so you know there is a markup on all cars. So he confirmed the sticker price that is advertised is not the price. I told him no thanks. Of course he went to his manger who said drive it and if I like it we can talk. I drive the vehicle which was filthy, ice cream on the seats. Come back and Andy brings me the paperwork with a 6200k mark up!!! I asked for a copy he says yes then goes to make a copy and tells me I can’t have a copy. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VANDERGRIFF HYUNDIA IN ARLINGTON. More

The inside cleaning was incompl of their customers. One "nit-picking" item I saw was in today's work: "Brought in Santa Fe for Zack-Tech treatment.
