Dear Mr. Smith, Yes, please see all the records from my service report. You may also want to see the records showing an attempt to have Hyundai pay for a new turbo two weeks after the initial diagnosis and replacement of my transaxle. I believe that service knew that it was wrong to charge me for the turbos as well but the attempt to have Hyundai pay for it fell through. They should have at that time made the right choice to fix my car at the dealer's expense since it was still smoking after the initial service and failed attempt at fixing it. In the beginning when I dropped my car off I felt very confident that Vandergriff would take care of me because I have been a customer for a few years. My engine was just replaced by Vandergriff in 2020 because of a recall. Prior to that I had other recall work done as well. So to get this type of service now when I needed it more than ever was a real shock to me. I am still without a vehicle. My engine light is on, my car is sitting in my driveway and smokes horribly when I try to drive it. By the way, on August 18th, two days before I picked up my car, I sent an email to rrios@vandergriffsales.com with hopes of getting a resolution, I have yet to get a response.
