This was one of the most terrible purchases from a dealership I’ve ever had. I went in to buy a used Volkswagen GLI and at first everything seemed to go smooth, the sales guys was very professional an dealership I’ve ever had. I went in to buy a used Volkswagen GLI and at first everything seemed to go smooth, the sales guys was very professional and helpful I was in and out in a decent time. Once all the paperwork was signed that’s when the issues started, right off the bat they forgot to have me sign some papers, whatever it’s all good. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to drive off the lot the same day due to they had to do some work to it. It ended up taking a week before I got my car, they were nice enough to deliver it but as soon as I got it there were 2 things wrong that wasn’t there when I looked at it. 1: The adaptive lighting error was on 2: They drove on one or the tires while it was flat and ended up ruining it. I ended up having to get a new set of tires. I mean that’s fine i guess and to be expected buying a used car and I was supposed to be reimbursed but never got it as promised. Then they call me and say the paperwork needed to be resigned and they were nice enough to come to me to resign. A few weeks later they call me AGAIN and say it’s needs to be resigned. xxx?!? Turns out Wells Fargo declined the loan due to they were asking more than what it was worth. Come to find out they ran my credit FRAUDULENTLY over and over until they found a lender who approved the loan. Really tired of how they handled this. I’ve had the car almost two months and still have yet to make a payment due to the incompetence of this dealership. So fed up at this point. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid this place at all costs if you’re looking for a used car. (They probably don’t screw up as bad selling new cars) but regardless, not happy at all with the overall experience here. More
