I took my vehicle to get my AC compressor worked on and have been waiting almost two weeks for my car to be done. (Dropped it of on 10/1) It’s honestly just ridiculous how long it takes for “parts to come have been waiting almost two weeks for my car to be done. (Dropped it of on 10/1) It’s honestly just ridiculous how long it takes for “parts to come in” and for the “technician to work” on the vehicle. Kevin has been working with me but it seems to look like progress is moving at turtle speed. I called today (10/14) and Kevin is not in, but Victor answers the phone to try and give me some information. When approached with my frustration (because I havent been called once to be kept in the loop, I am the one to consistently call and get information about my own vehicle) he brushed me off and didn’t try to work with me, he just said they would have the car done today (which they’ve said multiple times now) and hung up on me. I understand that as a worker you don’t want to have to deal with angry customers, but as a customer I also don’t expect to not have a vehicle to drive to and from work and school for almost two weeks without as little as an update phone call. They are probably great individuals, but they don’t have good customer service skills, something that needs to be taught more these days. And yes, I’m still angry about my car, so take this review as you will, this is to encourage management to do better, get better workers, enjoy your job and try to help people. More
I visited your facility today (10/10/22) in search of an Accent. The young, Hispanic male came to tell me that his manager said that they were not making them anymore. I asked if there were any other vehicl Accent. The young, Hispanic male came to tell me that his manager said that they were not making them anymore. I asked if there were any other vehicles close to the price of the Accent. He returned to tell me that they will not tell me the price of the Elantra or anything else because I wanted the Accent. Therefore, I was not willing to spend anymore money. I should have known that I was being racially profiled when I walked in the door and the first thing he asked me for was my phone number. He didn't even sit down with me or anything. I, a black female with a near 800 credit score, seven years on my job, and the ability to pay for a car or anything I want was told by some snot-nosed, Hispanic newbie that he wasn't going to tell me anything and his boss wasn't going to tell me anything since I first wanted the Accent. He said that there was nothing they could do for me even after I told them that if they had what I wanted, I'd be willing to wait for them to get it in. I left incredibly offended and contacted another Hyundai dealer who was more than willing to help me and also warned me about this location. And now, I'm going to let the world know what happened to me and maybe look in on a lawsuit. I've never been treated this way before in my life. More
When I first got there I had to go in and let someone know I needed help. Never experienced that when going to a dealership. However Mercedes was great and while I waited I was able to rest drive a car o know I needed help. Never experienced that when going to a dealership. However Mercedes was great and while I waited I was able to rest drive a car of my liking. They were busy so I can’t complain too bad. They gave me the wrong quote initially and had me waiting 2 hours longer than I was told. The people I dealt with directly was nice but if an associate wasn’t dealing with me directly they didn’t speak. Again not something I’d dealt with before. Most of the time associates at least speak in passing. Not here tho. But based off Mercedes customer service I will come back. More
