I was trying to buy a car about 2 Months ago. I walked in and was ready to buy a car that would be safe to transport my baby around in. Then they sold it right from under me when we were signing the last paper. I was then told that Cesar Villarroel was going to give me a deal since they had sold the other car in the middle of the sale. I was then told that they would give me a car that was one year newer since they sold the other one. I was driving the car around for about 2 days and had put $1000 down on the car. Then they called me back and said I wasn't approved for the car I had been driving around for the past 2 days. I then was shown a couple cars that were not what I was looking for. From start to finish it seemed like the place was run by armatures that didn't know how to do their job. I would not recommend anyone to go to Vandergriff. More

I used the online tool to make the deal, value my trade and set up the loan. Website said it would save time and make it possible to come in, sign all documents and complete the transaction in minimum time and set up the loan.
