I used the online tool to make the deal, value my trade and set up the loan. Website said it would save time and make it possible to come in, sign all documents and complete the transaction in minimum time and set up the loan. I will never go to Vandergriff Hyundai again. I have been taking my Hyundai for the covered maintenance since I bought it in 2020. Every time they showed me a screen document with what they were going to perform in my vehicle showing some amounts for ev since I bought it in 2020. Every time they showed me a screen document with what they were going to perform in my vehicle showing some amounts for every service but for which I had not paid anything because it is in my covered maintenance agreement. Everything was the same today EXCEPT that they performed some extra services and when I go to pick up my key and the paperwork they told me I owed $364. I don’t refuse to pay anything I owe to anybody but I got mad with them because nobody told me I would have to pay any amount out of pocket as opposed to previous times. The employee told his boss he told me (off course) and his boss believed his employee more than his customer. I would not do business with them anymore because that’s not the way to do business, it is an insult to customers. More

I took my vehicle to get my AC compressor worked on and have been waiting almost two weeks for my car to be done. (Dropped it of on 10/1) It’s honestly just ridiculous how long it takes for “parts to come have been waiting almost two weeks for my car to be done. (Dropped it of on 10/1) It’s honestly just ridiculous how long it takes for “parts to come in” and for the “technician to work” on the vehicle. Kevin has been working with me but it seems to look like progress is moving at turtle speed. I called today (10/14) and Kevin is not in, but Victor answers the phone to try and give me some information. When approached with my frustration (because I havent been called once to be kept in the loop, I am the one to consistently call and get information about my own vehicle) he brushed me off and didn’t try to work with me, he just said they would have the car done today (which they’ve said multiple times now) and hung up on me. I understand that as a worker you don’t want to have to deal with angry customers, but as a customer I also don’t expect to not have a vehicle to drive to and from work and school for almost two weeks without as little as an update phone call. They are probably great individuals, but they don’t have good customer service skills, something that needs to be taught more these days. And yes, I’m still angry about my car, so take this review as you will, this is to encourage management to do better, get better workers, enjoy your job and try to help people. More
