They would not honor the sales price they advertised online. Rather, they tried to add a bunch of silly things onto it like CPO fees and dealer prep. They didn't even have the car I was scheduled to test drive and instead tried to get me into something that was already thousands more expensive. The extra fees they tried to add on for dealer prep were just icing on the cake. If you ever see a piece of paper from them that says dealer prep these on it in addition to an advertised sale price, take a picture of it and file a complaint with the Texas DMV. Look up DMV rule 215 for more info on that. Avoid this dealership, they seem to have a long pattern of this as is evident by the reviews on pretty much every site. More

Unbelievable. I heard the complaints but watched them do it to me. Went in and picked out a car I loved and they tried to slip an extra $1000 on the vehicle price. When I called them out on it the inventory guy came over and said it was because the car has lowjack. That... Has nothing to do with the price that is advertised. He refused to take it off so I walked. Before I did I warned a few people standing around to look out for this on their deal sheet and one ALREADY told me that she literally just called them out for trying the same thing with her! I wish I could post photos as I have screenshots of the car price online and the deal sheet showing the $1000 they tacked on. They refuse to honor that price More

I made a 3 hour drive to this dealership to look at a few used vehicles listed on the lot. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I had an appointment but was assisted by Ebo since the person I had used vehicles listed on the lot. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I had an appointment but was assisted by Ebo since the person I had the appointment with was assisting another customer. Ebo was very helpful. I had all intentions of driving off in a car that day but little did I know that it would be a brand new one. Ebo and the sales management team worked to meet my needs.
