Initially refused to honor THEIR price that was listed online. Attempted to add 10% to online price. Then, the car was loaned out when we arrived to pick it up. Then, tried to add on bogus warranties and online. Attempted to add 10% to online price. Then, the car was loaned out when we arrived to pick it up. Then, tried to add on bogus warranties and three years of oil changes in exchange of raising sale price by 10%. Finally, odometer was off by over 1000 miles over advertised ad. After four hours and threatening to walk out twice, we got the car we wanted at the price THEY listed in two different websites. Prior to our visit, finance manager promised they could deliver the car to our house 36 miles away, as advertised in the ad. Talking to the later, they said the delivery fee would be $695!!! Ridiculous and dishonest, yet again Still love the car, but, will absolutely NOT use or recommend Vandergriff Hyundai. More
