There were good and bad things about our experience. First was that we set an appointment, our initial sales rep was caught up on another deal. Understandable, the new sales rep we got was nice but seemed to be new and was unable to answer some of our questions. I purchased a new Santa Cruz on august 5th. The truck was not ready at the time of purchase. After a few phone calls back and forth they did deliver the truck four days later on august 9th. My biggest problem is that I was told I would have 45 days before my first payment. I received my statement and my payment is 30 days after my purchase date. My wife and I just had our first baby. I had scheduled 2 weeks off work with out pay to bond with our new born, because we were under the impression that our first payment was 45 days after our initial purchase we would be fine. Now that the first payment is due in 30 days instead of the 45 days putting us in a bind. More

BEWARE! ! Made the mistake of giving out my personal contact info. I get 3-4 calls daily, multiple text messages, and periodic emails. I’ve asked 3 times to ! Abigail was very nice and was placed in a difficult situation. The recalls were supposed to take 1 day to complete, the technician did not finish it or didn't start working on it until day 3. There was situation. The recalls were supposed to take 1 day to complete, the technician did not finish it or didn't start working on it until day 3. There was no communication with me unless I called, even then Abigail didn't have a status due to the lack of communication from the technician. Management needs to pay closer attention to what the technicians are working on compared to what the customer was told. More
