Abigail was very nice and was placed in a difficult situation. The recalls were supposed to take 1 day to complete, the technician did not finish it or didn't start working on it until day 3. There was no communication with me unless I called, even then Abigail didn't have a status due to the lack of communication from the technician. Management needs to pay closer attention to what the technicians are working on compared to what the customer was told. More
