There were good and bad things about our experience. First was that we set an appointment, our initial sales rep was caught up on another deal. The truck was not ready at the time of purchase. After a few phone calls back and forth they did deliver the truck four days later on august 9th. My biggest problem is that I was told I would have 45 days before my first payment. I received my statement and my payment is 30 days after my purchase date. My wife and I just had our first baby. I had scheduled 2 weeks off work with out pay to bond with our new born, because we were under the impression that our first payment was 45 days after our initial purchase we would be fine. Now that the first payment is due in 30 days instead of the 45 days putting us in a bind. More
