Headphones Stolen from Car Brought my Sonata in for a fix on a recall. The service itself was fine. Got home and found my blue tooth headphones were missing from the back, passenger side floor where I had laid them down after the gym, immediately preceding my dealership visit. Called and left voicemails that weren't returned. Finally emailed and got a sales guy. A gentlemen named Jimmy called me later and assured me that a manager would contact me. After about 4 hours, the original service writer called me back and left a message. The headphones weren't terribly expensive, but really makes me wonder if something seriously went wrong, how would they handle it. Needless to say, I will never step foot into another Vandergriff dealership. More
