Ray was great from start to finish. He was professional and very patient. I wanted to test drive the car 3 times and each time he was very accomodating, even to the point that on the 3rd time I was hesita and very patient. I wanted to test drive the car 3 times and each time he was very accomodating, even to the point that on the 3rd time I was hesitant to ask again, yet he jumped right in and said "let's go, I want you to make sure it's the right automobile for you." Ray was very easy to work with and in my opinion used "a soft sell" approach rather than "push, push, push" approach. He knew when to offer the right approach/direction, directing me into making a decision without me feeling pushed into a decision. I would definately recommend Ray to future buyers. He was friendly, well informed about the automobile and just a pleasure to work with. So glad he approached us when we arrived at the dealership and worked with us in finding the automobile that fits me to a tee. One of the best car salesmen I've ever worked with. More

They also told me that they were the only ones in town with the car, when I had 4 other emails from every other dealer in town saying they had just gotten one in as well because it was a launch date. The main thing that would keep me from ever buying here is when I walked up to the car (Veloster Turbo) I could smell that "burnt transmission" smell. One of the salesmen was flooring it (or letting a test driver floor it?) and redlining it (I'm assuming). When I finally got in and drove it, the auto was jacked up. It couldn't shift into 3rd gear, and would just SLAM into fourth. I imagine them causing irreparable damage to my future car without me knowing and I just see red flags. I'll be going elsewhere. More
