Despite what I am sure was a man to man need to steer me in a different direction, Avery drove me over to the vans and was very supportive as I took my time looking through each. Don't get me wrong he didn't completely let me go the van path without at least pointing out other options that would keep me from being the butt of years of jokes. This was the first car shopping expeiance I didn't hate and think these guys might have it figured out. It is fair to say that I did not purchase a car from them but I will be coming back to them before going elsewhere. More

none Not much to rate. I wasn't told that EASY CARE was an extra 4,000 dollars and it took me several weeks and 6 different phone calls to get someone to Not much to rate. I wasn't told that EASY CARE was an extra 4,000 dollars and it took me several weeks and 6 different phone calls to get someone to finally send a check out for it to be fixed. My phone number is wrong on my account and gave the right number each time I called and the 3 times I came into the dealership. It was such poor service. We all make mistakes our get busy just get back to people. More

In particular, as a woman over 50, I can honestly say that I felt this was the first car buying experience I had, as being treated as an equal, and not talked down to, as a female buying a car. I can't say that has been my experience in years past from other dealerships. This was great on another level too, as it was just my daughter and I who test drove and then purchased the vehicle, so this experience has set the standard on what she will come to expect when she herself buys a new car. Dishonest and Untrustworthy This was the worst purchasing experience I have ever endured. The finance manager here held our interest rate hostage because we did not want to purch This was the worst purchasing experience I have ever endured. The finance manager here held our interest rate hostage because we did not want to purchase the additional protection. If we purchased the protection she would give us an interest rate of around 3% but if we did not the rate was 6%. They also slipped in a $500 alarm charge that we did not ask for or concept to being placed on the bill. The sales rep said their GM would reach out to us to discuss the issues but we never heard from him. This dealership does not prize themselves on being honest or conducing their business in an ethical manner. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. They were more interested in making a one time sale instead of building an impactful relationship with their customers. Stay away! More
