Left my name and number, days later still no callback. A few years ago my last truck went in for service. By the end of the day I hadn’t heard from Ford so I called them. They said my truck had been done since 10:00. No one called. Their communication is horrible. This is why I drive from Ridgefield all the way to another Ford store. I pass Vancouver Ford because they just aren’t worth it. More

Not your typical salesman Came in looking for a new to me vehicle with no intent to purchase. Met with Mark Yarger and he was the most sincere no pressure salesman I’ve encount Came in looking for a new to me vehicle with no intent to purchase. Met with Mark Yarger and he was the most sincere no pressure salesman I’ve encountered there’s at a dealership. Usually you can tell they are out for the buck and if you tell them you’re just looking, they blow you off. He stuck with us and answered our questions with no motive. He found out what we wanted in a vehicle and ended up finding the perfect one! There was no pressure at all and it was by far the best experience. He’s got repeat customers for sure. More
