I bought my car from Steve Bushell and the next day I found a transmission problem. I emailed my sales rep and the president of the dealership, and between the two of them, they got me into the service d found a transmission problem. I emailed my sales rep and the president of the dealership, and between the two of them, they got me into the service department within days! My service rep Tim was extremely helpful and my clutch was replaced within hours. My husband was very impressed with how quickly they replaced the clutch, knowing all the work involved. I was treated like a VIP, and am very happy with my car and with their service. I got the distinct impression from everyone who works there that they pride themselves in honesty and respect for their customers More

Long time customer will never spend another cent there I have purchased 5 vehicles over the years, 4 new. Didn’t think I still had to watch my back when I came in for a new mustang. After hours of back and I have purchased 5 vehicles over the years, 4 new. Didn’t think I still had to watch my back when I came in for a new mustang. After hours of back and forth, and allegedly getting a great deal on the car and the trade in , found out I paid more than MSRP, and they took several hundred from the manufacturer rebate to cover what I wanted for the trade in. Being a loyal customer means nothing to them. When I went back to complain they offered me free floor mats and some other crap they sell. Service sucks too, wanted to charge me $200 to flush out the drain plugs in the doors. A quick YouTube search found I could do it myself in less that 10 minutes. Service Rep seems to think everyone is up at 7:30am when he is, so he calls to follow up on service. More
