Had an appointment for an oil change. My biggest complaint is that my appointment was at 10:20 and It was 2 hours later before I was notified what was recommended and another hour later before my ca complaint is that my appointment was at 10:20 and It was 2 hours later before I was notified what was recommended and another hour later before my car was done. It seemed apparent that my time was not important. My husband and I also have a fairly new Toyota and they are done with his within 30-45 minutes at Gresham Toyota - big difference. My time is limited, not sure I’ll be coming back for my oil changes, has been long in the past, but think this was the worst. Not the first time I’ve not been happy with the service department. As far as Misti Williams, I don’t even know who she is, but if she is managing the service department and this is the service given, there’s definitely room for improvement. More

Rental car and their service I went to this dealership to get my Ford 150 repaired. In the course of this. I rented a car from Enterprise. When I returned to the dealer, thne cash I went to this dealership to get my Ford 150 repaired. In the course of this. I rented a car from Enterprise. When I returned to the dealer, thne cashier told me that I could leave the rental there and ERnterprise would come and get it. It took Enterprise 4 days to retrieve rental. My point is that the cashier at the dealership LIED to me. Also found their service people unfriendly. More
Had repairs done on my 2013 Elantra My car was stalling and some of the electronics such as the tac were not working. The shop could not duplicate the problem but the same day I picked t My car was stalling and some of the electronics such as the tac were not working. The shop could not duplicate the problem but the same day I picked the car up, it stalled and some of the electronics did not work until you restart the car. This happen again yesterday. I am not angry but I do need work done on the car where I can depend on it. I did purchase the car at this dealership. I cannot afford to pay for a rental car again while in the shop. I will look for another brand of car on my next purchase. More

Safe experience, good work I was a bit concerned about going to the dealer during this epidemic but Vancouver Hyundai has done a great job of making you feel safe. The service rep greeted me from a distance and the procedure to pay on check-out is very secure. They have marked where you should wait to pay very clearly and the clerk also maintains a 6 foot distance from you when you approach the desk to sign the paperwork. Very very well done. Oh and they also did a fine job changing the oil and doing a full inspection of the car. More

I had my car there for a oil change and they kept my car for over 1 month and charge for stuff that I didn’t need and didn’t Authorize.
