Quick Lane lives up to name I went to get an oil change at their Quick Lane service center. I was greeted with what I assume was a smile (associate was wearing mask) and set up I went to get an oil change at their Quick Lane service center. Had an appointment for an oil change. My biggest complaint is that my appointment was at 10:20 and It was 2 hours later before I was notified what was recommended and another hour later before my ca complaint is that my appointment was at 10:20 and It was 2 hours later before I was notified what was recommended and another hour later before my car was done. It seemed apparent that my time was not important. My husband and I also have a fairly new Toyota and they are done with his within 30-45 minutes at Gresham Toyota - big difference. My time is limited, not sure I’ll be coming back for my oil changes, has been long in the past, but think this was the worst. Not the first time I’ve not been happy with the service department. As far as Misti Williams, I don’t even know who she is, but if she is managing the service department and this is the service given, there’s definitely room for improvement. More
