Perhaps the repair technician could have checked a bit more after the installation as they would have discovered what I discovered. This is not Payman nor Jad’s fault. More
They are very busy, but do get the car serviced within a week. I've had to have the struts worked in 3 times, but the issue was resolved in the end. Overall a good experience. week. I've had to have the struts worked in 3 times, but the issue was resolved in the end. Overall a good experience. More

Horrible customer service. I was lied to about when my truck would be ready. When I picked it up the inside was very dusty. I will never take my truck back there again. Extremely bummed that it cost almost $1000 just to get a diagnosis on my vehicle and then to find out that a 3 year old vehicle I bought at your dealership with just a little over 120,000 miles on it needs diagnosis on my vehicle and then to find out that a 3 year old vehicle I bought at your dealership with just a little over 120,000 miles on it needs a new motor! I understand that this does not reflect on the dealer’s service department directly but the design of the vehicle itself. A $40,000 car should last more than three years! This will definitely impact my decision to buy a Chrysler/Dodge product in the future! More
